Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the State of Firestone authentication system (“Auth System”), which provides secure access to the State of Firestone dashboard, Discord server, and Discourse forum. By using the Auth System, you agree to comply with these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Auth System, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, you may not use the Auth System.

2. Eligibility

• You must have a valid Roblox account to use the Auth System.
• If you are under 13, you must have a parent or guardian’s consent, in compliance with Roblox’s Terms of Service.
• By using the Auth System, you confirm that you are authorized to access State of Firestone services.

3. Accounts and Authentication

• Roblox authentication is required to access the dashboard and related services.
• You may optionally link a Discord account.
• If you link your Discord account, it may be used to grant you access to the official State of Firestone Discord server.
• You are responsible for keeping your accounts secure and not sharing your login credentials with others.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Bypass or attempt to bypass authentication or security measures.
• Share, sell, or transfer your Auth System access to another person.
• Use the system for malicious purposes, including impersonation or fraud.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or compromise the functionality of the Auth System.

Violations may result in suspension or permanent removal from State of Firestone services.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Auth System is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the State of Firestone and its developers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Auth System.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Auth System after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
